My Approach to Your Well-Being

My primary methods include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship being critical to healing.
